Our beginning as a family of three was a bit bumpy to say the least. Our child came home determined but also scared and anxious. Over the last month we have seen a huge progress and enormous growth in our little angel. The once emotionally behind child is now age appropriate. The scared at night child goes to bed happy and peacefully falls asleep. The scared child at school goes to school and comes home with tons of praises from her teachers for being such a good example to the others. She is confident that she can learn. She knows that it is OK to make mistakes as you learn; that making mistakes are a part of learning. This weekend we had one of the best weekends ever. We love her and she knows it!

We have no doubt that there will be new things to deal with on the road ahead of us but that is what parenting is all about, isn't it?
P.S Her ability to make friends and her sense of humor have always been there and are a big part of her personality.
