Swimming Lessons

Today was Kristina's second day at Mission Viejo Nadadores. Last week she did great. They started on level 3 out of the 6 levels and at the end of the day she had done so well that she got to ring the bell, everyone cheered and she passed to the next level. Today she was a bit more distracted. There was tree she couldn't get out of her mind, she just wanted to climb that tree :-(. She will train at home and hopefully concentrate better next week. Perhaps my Kristina will dedicate herself to this sport. I believe that kids need a sport otherwise they turn sour....drugs, alcohol and what not.

This place is truly pro. Since 1974 the Nadadores have won 47 National Team Championships, 12 Olympic Gold Medals, 7 Olympic Silver Medals, 1 Olympic Bronze Medal, 5 Individual World Championship titles and 148 individual National Championships. The Nadadores have broken 91 American Records, 22 World Records and have produced more than 135 All-Americans.

So, Kristina likes to climb too?! Mine love to climb and swing on anything they see!

Today Zack starts his gymnastics class, and he is jazzed!

Love the pics and the blog!

Swimming is such a great sport to keep them out of trouble. Kristen loved it and it gave her a summer job as an assistant coach and swim lesson coach. Just don't get caught up in the team politics and pressure. Let them love it!
