Court Day, ughh the most stressful day of my life I can remember. We walked from our friends apartment, Seryozha, to the main street one block away to wait for our driver and our facilitator Sasha. We waited for about 5 minutes but it seem like an eternity. We were so nervous. The pictures say it all. We had met with the translator the day before to be ready for being in front of the judge but the meeting with the judge was so critical that no matter what we were going to be nervous. Jeff did an awesome job in court. All went well. We were granted custody of Kristina. We were now her parents! We were even able to hand her with a smile the box of chocolates she always gets as a thank you from couples after the interview. Later Seryozha took us to his Armenian friend's Sashlik place in the park to help distract us and help us recup.
