Kristina never stops amazing us. She has a wonderful personality. Loves life to the fullest and that is contagious. As my previous CEO says "there are those who brighten the room when they walk in a room, and there are those who brighten the room as they walk out as the door hits them in the fanny on the way out". Kristina definitely brightens the room. She is able to adjust to any type of people around her and radiates life, love, laughter. 
A weeks ago we went to a wedding, she danced with all the grown ups and kids the whole time the band was playing. We received an e-mail from the groom, Rick an old friend of Jeff's, saying what a great kid she was and send us a picture of the two of them dancing. :-)

Last night we went to one of my best friends son's birthday party, Austin, 11 years old, of course the party was mostly boys but she had no problem incorporating herself and hanging out with the boys. It was at a building full of bouncing houses and slides. She had a blast. 
She is a lady when she has to be and she is one of the boys when it calls for it.
The 4th of July we met this older couple on the boat we took to see fireworks. I do not know what she said to them but they ask me for our address and they send her a very sweet letter and a package of baseball, basketball, hockey collector items cards. The wonderful old man wanted to pass on some of the stuff he collected over the years. The cards look expensive, who knows, they are all nicely kept in separate plastic bags. We will added all to her Special Box of 2007 where I keep unusual/special things for her.

And of course, there is school. All kids run to give her a hug everyday when she walks in. They do not do that to other kids so they must like her a lot. You know kids, they can be cruel if they want to be.
She is one special kid!
